Extended Stay America (STAY) Tops Q4 EPS by 2c

Extended Stay America (NYSE: STAY) reported Q4 EPS of $0.15, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $296.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $292.93 million.

Comparable Hotel RevPAR grew 6.0% to $43.71.

GUIDANCE:

Extended Stay America sees FY2016 revenue of $1.266-1.290 billion, versus the consensus of $1.28 billion.
