B/E Aerospace (BEAV) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10.5% to $0.21; 2% Yield

B/E Aerospace (NASDAQ: BEAV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share, or $0.84 annualized. This is a 10.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.19.

The dividend will be payable on March 25, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 7, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 3, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.

“Consistent with our expectation of continued strong free cash flow generation and our capital allocation plan to return capital to our shareholders, we have increased our quarterly dividend by 10.5 percent to $0.21 per share. This is consistent with our stated intentions of returning capital to our shareholders through both dividends and share repurchase,” stated Amin J. Khoury, Executive Chairman of B/E Aerospace.
