First Industrial Realty (FR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 49% to $0.19; 3.8% Yield

First Industrial Realty (NYSE: FR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, or $0.76 annualized. This is a 49% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1275.

The dividend will be payable on April 18, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 29, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.
