CubeSmart (NYSE: CUBE) reported Q4 FFO of $0.33, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $114.99 million versus the consensus estimate of $115.64 million.

GUIDANCE:

CubeSmart sees FY2016 FFO of $1.35-$1.40, versus the consensus of $1.39.

CubeSmart sees Q1 2016 FFO of $0.31-$0.32, versus the consensus of $0.32.
