Evans Bancorp (NYSE: EVBN) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.38 per share, or $0.76 annualized. This is a 5.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.36.

The dividend will be payable on April 5, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 15, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 11, 2016.
