Independence Realty Trust (NYSE: IRT) reported Q4 core FFO of $0.22, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $39.71 million versus the consensus estimate of $39.93 million.

GUIDANCE:

Independence Realty Trust sees FY2016 FFO of $0.82 - $0.88, versus the consensus of $0.86.
