National Health Investors (NHI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.9% to $0.90; 6.3% Yield

National Health Investors (NYSE: NHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.90 per share, or $3.6 annualized. This is a 5.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.85.

The dividend will be payable on May 10, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 29, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.3 percent.
