DISH Network (DISH) Posts Q4 GAAP Loss of $0.27/Share

DISH Network (NASDAQ: DISH) reported Q4 EPS of ($0.27), which may not compare with the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.78 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.74 billion.

The fourth quarter 2015 was negatively impacted by the “FCC auction expense” of $516 million and an impairment charge for the D1 satellite and related ground equipment of $123 million.
