South Jersey Industries (NYSE: SJI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26375 per share, or $1.055 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 4, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 17, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 15, 2016.
