Autoliv (NYSE: ALV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.58 per share, or $2.32 annualized. This is a 3.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.56.

The dividend will be payable on June 2, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 16, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 12, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
