UPDATE: AGL Resources (GAS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.9% to $0.53; 3.3% Yield

AGL Resources (NYSE: GAS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.53 per share, or $2.12 annualized. This is a 3.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.51.

The dividend will be payable on March 1, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 19, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 17, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.3 percent.
