Hawaiian Electric Industries (NYSE: HE) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.24 per share, or $4.96 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 10, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 22, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 18, 2016.
