Owens-Illinois (OI) Reports In-Line Q4 EPS; Guides FY16 EPS Below Views

Owens-Illinois (NYSE: OI) reported Q4 EPS of $0.40, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.63 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.62 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Owens-Illinois sees FY2016 EPS of $2.10-$2.25, versus the consensus of $2.27.

In 2016, the Company expects to deliver higher earnings and cash flow mainly driven by higher segment operating profit. Free cash flow generation in 2016 is expected to be approximately $280 million, using year-end 2015 foreign exchange rates. The priority for the Company's free cash flow continues to be debt reduction.
