Avista Corp. (NYSE: AVA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3425 per share, or $1.37 annualized. This is a 3.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.33.

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 19, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 17, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.6 percent.
