Brookfield Property Partners L.P. (NYSE: BPY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized. This is a 5.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.265.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 29, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 25, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.3 percent.
