Aon plc (NYSE: AON) reported Q4 EPS of $2.27, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $2.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.33 billion.

Q4 EPS compares to $1.89 in the prior year quarter, including a $0.10 per share unfavorable impact on adjusted net income from continuing operations if the Company were to translate prior year quarter results at current quarter foreign exchange rates
