OM Asset Management (OMAM) Reports In-Line Q4 EPS; $150M Stock Buyback Approved

OM Asset Management (NYSE: OMAM) reported Q4 EPS of $0.30, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $166.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $162.97 million.

AUM of $212.4 billion at December 31, 2015, down (3.8)% from December 31, 2014.

OMAM's Board of Directors authorized a $150 million share repurchase program, subject to shareholder approval.
