Nordic American Offshore (NAO) Declares $0.12 Quarterly Dividend; 11.6% Yield

Nordic American Offshore (NYSE: NAO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 22, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 5, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 3, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 11.6 percent.
