Northern Tier Energy (NYSE: NTI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, or $1.52 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 19, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 12, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 10, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.1 percent.
