Harley-Davidson (HOG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 12.9% to $0.35; Adds 20M Shares to Common Buyback Plan

Harley-Davidson (NYSE: HOG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share, or $1.4 annualized. This is a 12.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.31.

The dividend will be payable on March 4, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 17, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 12, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.

Additionally, the Board authorized the Company to repurchase up to 20 million shares of Harley-Davidson, Inc. common stock. The Board authorization is in addition to the existing share repurchase authorization that the Board approved in June 2015. As of the end of 2015, 9.0 million shares remained on that share repurchase authorization.
