Macerich (MAC) Tops Q4 FFO by 5c; Issues Confident FY16 FFO Outlok

Macerich (NYSE: MAC) reported Q4 FFO of $1.12, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $1.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $320.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $329.61 million.

GUIDANCE:

Macerich sees FY2016 FFO of $4.05-$4.15, versus the consensus of $4.04.
