Ingersoll-Rand (IR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10.3% to $0.32; 2.6% Yield

Ingersoll-Rand (NYSE: IR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, or $1.28 annualized. This is a 10.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.29.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 11, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 9, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.6 percent.
