Validus Holdings (VR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 9.4% to $0.35; 3.2% Yield

Validus Holdings (NYSE: VR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share, or $1.4 annualized. This is a 9.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.32.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 15, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 11, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
