Otter Tail Corp (NASDAQ: OTTR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3125 per share, or $1.25 annualized. This is a 1.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.3075.

The dividend will be payable on March 10, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 12, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 10, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
