Armada Hoffler Properties (NYSE: AHH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 5.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.17.

The dividend will be payable on April 7, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 30, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.7 percent.
