EastGroup Properties (NYSE: EGP) reported Q4 FFO of $0.94, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.95. Revenue for the quarter came in at $61.02 million versus the consensus estimate of $59.41 million.
The company sees Q1 FFO at $0.90 - $0.92, with estimates at $0.96.
