UPDATE: Wintrust Financial Corp (WTFC) Boosts Qtr. Dividend 9% to 12c/Share; Yields 1.2%

Wintrust Financial Corp (NASDAQ: WTFC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. The amount is a 9 percent increase from the current rate at $0.11.

The dividend will be payable on February 25, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 11, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 9, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
