Arctic Cat (ACAT) Misses Q3 EPS by 31c; Lowers Guidance, Suspends Dividend

Arctic Cat (NASDAQ: ACAT) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.18), $0.31 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $166 million versus the consensus estimate of $191.51 million.

The company suspended its quarterly cash dividend to continue investing for return to growth.

GUIDANCE:

Arctic Cat sees FY2016 EPS of ($0.25)-($0.30), versus prior guidance of $0.05-$0.15 and the consensus of $0.03. Arctic Cat sees FY2016 revenue of $645-655 million, versus prior guidance of $665-675 million and the consensus of $658.2 million.
