Monarch Financial (NASDAQ: MNRK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.0825.

The dividend will be payable on February 26, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 12, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 10, 2016.
