Aimco (AIV) Lifts Qtr. Dividend to 33c/Share; Yields 3.4%

Aimco (NYSE: AIV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share, or $1.32 annualized. The dividend is up from the current rate of $0.30.

The dividend will be payable on February 29, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 19, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 17, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
