SoTHERLY Hotels (SOHO) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.3% to $0.085; 6.5% Yield

SoTHERLY Hotels (NASDAQ: SOHO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.085 per share, or $0.34 annualized. This is a 6.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.

The dividend will be payable on April 11, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 15, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 11, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.5 percent.
