CONE Midstream Partners (CNNX) Boosts Quarterly Dividend to $0.2362; 10.2% Yield

CONE Midstream Partners (NYSE: CNNX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2362 per share, or $0.9448 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 25, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 4, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 2, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 10.2 percent.

The distribution, which equates to an annual rate of $0.9448 per unit, represents an increase of 3.6% over the prior quarter, and an increase of 11.2% over the Minimum Quarterly Distribution as defined in CNNX's partnership agreement.
