Northwest Bancshares (NWBI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.1% to $0.15; 5.1% Yield

Northwest Bancshares (NASDAQ: NWBI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 7.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.14.

The dividend will be payable on February 18, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 4, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 2, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.1 percent.
