National Security Group (NSEC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 12.5% to $0.045; 1.2% Yield

National Security Group (NASDAQ: NSEC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.045 per share, or $0.18 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.04.

The dividend will be payable on February 29, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 8, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 4, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
