NGL Energy Partners (NYSE: NGL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.64 per share, or $2.56 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 3, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 1, 2016.
