UPDATE: Graham Holdings (GHC) Boosts Qtr. Dividend to $1.21/Share; Yields 1.1%

Graham Holdings (NYSE: GHC) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.21 per share, or $4.84 annualized. The dividend is an increase from the current rate of $1.15 per share.

The dividend will be payable on February 16, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 2, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of January 29, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
