CentePpoint Energy (NYSE: CNP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2575 per share, or $1.03 annualized. This is a 4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.2475.

The dividend will be payable on March 10, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 16, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 11, 2016.
