Teekay (TK) Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.055; 3.9% Yield

Teekay (NYSE: TK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.055 per share, or $0.22 annualized. This is a 90% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.55.

The dividend cut was previously announced.

The dividend will be payable on February 18, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 5, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 3, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.9 percent.
