Southwest Bancorp (NASDAQ: OKSB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized. This is a 33.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.06.

The dividend will be payable on February 12, 2016, to stockholders of record on January 29, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of January 27, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
