Knot Offshore Partners (NYSE: KNOP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.52 per share, or $2.08 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 3, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 1, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 19.1 percent.
