EPR Properties (EPR) Raises Monthly Dividend 5.8% to $0.32; 6.9% Yield

EPR Properties (NYSE: EPR) declared a monthly dividend of $0.32 per share, or $3.84 annualized. This is a 5.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.3025.

The dividend will be payable on February 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on January 29, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of January 27, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.9 percent.
