Realty Income (NYSE: O) declared a monthly dividend of $0.1985 per share, or $2.382 annualized. This is a 3.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.191.

The dividend will be payable on February 16, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 1, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of January 28, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.
