Omega Healthcare Investors (NYSE: OHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.57 per share, or $2.28 annualized. This is a 1.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.56.

The dividend will be payable on February 16, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 2, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of January 29, 2016.
