Costamare (NYSE: CMRE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per share, or $1.16 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on February 4, 2016, to stockholders of record on January 21, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of January 19, 2016.
The annual yield on the dividend is 12.1 percent.
