Guaranty Federal Bancshares (GFED) Raises Quarterly Dividend 60% to $0.08; 2.1% Yield

Guaranty Federal Bancshares (NASDAQ: GFED) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized. This is a 60% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on January 5, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of December 31, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
