Balchem Corp. (NASDAQ: BCPC) declared an annual dividend of $0.34 per share, or $0.34 annualized. This is a 13.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.30.

The dividend will be payable on January 21, 2016, to stockholders of record on December 28, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of December 23, 2015.
