Dynamic Materials (NASDAQ: BOOM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.02 per share, or $0.08 annualized. This is a 50% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.04.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
