Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance (ARI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 4.5% to $0.46; 10.7% Yield

Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance (NYSE: ARI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.46 per share, or $1.84 annualized. This is a 4.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.44.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 10.7 percent.
