Oxford Lane (NASDAQ: OXLC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.60 per share, or $2.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 16, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 14, 2016.
