PNM Resources (NYSE: PNM) declared an annual dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.22 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.20.

The dividend will be payable on February 12, 2016, to stockholders of record on January 25, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of January 21, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.8 percent.
